Get premission from the person in the photo before submitting it.
Don't submit the same photo over and over again (it won't appear).
Don't crop, rotate, blur or edit your photo in any way. Send it exactly as it was taken with you phone.
Don't submit a photo depicting intercourse, masturbation, excretory functions, or the genitals.
Don't submit a photo of a photo.
Send your photo to that AlbumName@phonebin.com, eg email a picture of your cat to animals@phonebin.com and your photo will appear in the animals album as well as on the homepage.
